SWD Seminar Series

The Scientific Workforce Diversity Seminar Series (SWDSS), was initiated in 2021 as part of the vision for the COSWD office. Since that time, this online speaker series has been viewed by thousands (both in-person and through video recording) and continues to share the latest research on scientific workforce diversity topics by engaging with interested professionals and researchers in the biomedical and behavioral science research ecosystem.

Each seminar features renowned researchers who contribute to the growing body of knowledge on topics relevant to scientific workforce diversity, evidence-based interventions, and more.

Seminar Archive

COSWD shares presentation materials and a video recording of each seminar to build an online archive of resources for users to refer to as they work toward building a more diverse scientific workforce.
